Located in the new wing of the Castle, the elegant Settimo Senso Restaurant features a panoramic terrace facing west, overlooking the most breathtaking view of the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At sunset, this extraordinary panorama creates a natural backdrop for romantic dinners and special events.

Our Executive Chef take guests on a sensory journey through traditional Italian and Tuscan cuisine, also offering a Gourmet Tasting Menu of 5 and 7 courses, skillfully and creatively reviving the ancient flavors of this land.

Among our gastronomic specialties, guests will find a selection of premium meats carefully sourced.

Each dish is paired with fine wines, including the Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino from Castello di Velona, produced in the five hectares of vineyards belonging to the estate.

The Settimo Sense restaurant is open only for dinner. Lunch reservations are also available at an extra charge.
