Organic extra virgin olive oil
The Secular olive trees surrounding Castello di Velona, give us our Organic Extra Virgin Oil.
Our Oil is produced with three different varieties of typical Tuscan olives:
- "Moraiolo"
- "Leccino"
- "Olivastra Seggianese"
We are committed to always guaranteeing high quality, we call our Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Olive Juice", because it is completely natural, cold-pressed and hand-picked with particular attention to the selection of olives and the pressing times, for which we never spend more than 8 hours from collection.
These, together with other measures handed down for several generations, allow us to guarantee a constant high product quality over time.
Our oil is available in bottles of 0.50 Lt, 0.25 Lt and 0.10 Lt.
